The Pauline Community for Social Change (PCSC) is a Ghanaian community and personal development organization dedicated to utilizing social and semi-academic education to improve the social and economic conditions of young people in society. The organization targets all Ghanaian youth but has special programs for the economically or socially underprivileged. The organization is based in Ghana and operates using physical and virtual communication tools to create a community which shares knowledge and resources to achieve community development.
